About All Hands Owner/Operator

Hi! I'm Josh Althoff, owner and operator of All Hands Complete Floor Care, LLC.  First, thank you for your interest in my locally owned and operated small business!

A little bit about myself.  After over 10 years of experience in freelance construction work, a more focused entrepreneurial opportunity presented itself in 2016, giving me years of experience specific to the floor cleaning industry.  I ultimately decided to specialize in professional commercial and residential carpet cleaning and hard surface floor cleaning, refinishing, and restoration, and I'm truly passionate about educating customers on how to best maintain their positive results, and, even more so, applying chemistry and scientific principles to provide my clients with the most up to date, efficient, safe, and healthiest floor care options that meet their specific wants and needs and maximize the longevity of their flooring. 

On a more personal note, I was in a serious car accident in 2003 that left me categorized as a person with a disability and a double amputee.  This is, in part, gave me the drive to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities.  Despite my disability and limited job opportunities working for someone else due to various rules, regulations, and potential liabilities, I did not want to be limited in my ability to contribute to the workforce, or society as a whole for that matter.  I have since been invited to be a guest speaker at local high schools, where I have spoken several times to present on overcoming adversity and the variety of ways to be a good citizen within your community beyond direct monetary means.  I have additionally spent a great deal of time volunteering with and supporting Hills & Dales, a nonprofit organization focused on children and adults with autism and a variety of intellectual and physical disabilities.  When you choose All Hands, you aren't just supporting a local business, but also supporting the idea that, despite our individual circumstances, differences, or labels, those do not have to dictate what we can or cannot do.  This is a concept very near and dear to my own heart, and so I sincerely thank you for your consideration.
